Shipping policy

Free shipping on orders over $75 within most of Canada.

Remote and northern regions may have adjusted shipping costs depending on location. We apply a $15 shipping credit toward these orders where applicable.

Orders under $75 are calculated based on weight and destination.

Your tracking number will be sent to the email address provided when your order has been processed. FUNK Coffee is not responsible for delays in your package delivery. If you have any concerns with your delivery, or need to change delivery arrangements, please first check the status of the tracking number sent to you before contacting FUNK Coffee.

PICK UP

Orders for pickup are delivered to FUNK Coffee Bar (1025 Dunsmuir Street, Vancouver) on Thursdays each week.

Order by noon on Tuesdays for pickup on or after Thursday afternoon. Orders placed after noon on Tuesday will be ready for pickup the following Thursday unless otherwise noted.

You will receive an e-mail when your order is ready for pickup.

REFUND POLICY

All sales are final. If your order was damaged along the way, please reach out to coffee@funk.coffee so we can resolve this as quickly as possible.

US / INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

US / International shipping rates are estimated at checkout based on weight and destination. Delivery times may vary and may take longer depending on location and carrier processing.

Orders may be subject to duties, taxes, customs fees, or brokerage charges upon delivery, as determined by local authorities and the shipping carrier. These are not included at checkout and are the responsibility of the recipient.
