Shipping policy

Orders over $75 ship FREE within Canada. Shipping rates for orders under $75 are calculated by weight.

Your tracking number will be sent to the email address provided when your order has been processed. FUNK Coffee is not responsible for delays in your package delivery. If you have any concerns with your delivery, or need to change delivery arrangements, please first check the status of the tracking number sent to you before contacting FUNK Coffee.

PICK UP

Orders for pickup are delivered to FUNK Coffee Bar (1025 Dunsmuir Street, Vancouver) on Thursdays each week.

Order by noon on Tuesdays for pickup on or after Thursday afternoon. Orders placed after noon on Tuesday will be ready for pickup the following Thursday unless otherwise noted.

You will receive an e-mail when your order is ready for pickup.

REFUND POLICY

All sales are final. If your order was damaged along the way, please reach out to coffee@funk.coffee so we can resolve this as quickly as possible.

US SHIPPING

Due to recent updates to duties and tariff regulations, we have suspended US shipments until further notice. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience, and we hope to have a solution soon.
