Stuff Everyone's Asking.So glad you're keen to subscribe! With Drip Drip DROP, you get two new coffees shipped to your door each month. Choose between a 2 x 250g or 4 x 250g pack. Orders ship between the 15th and 20th of each month. Manage your subscription anytime. Skip, pause, or cancel whenever you want.
Absolutely. You can pause your subscription for as long as you want. It's month-to-month with no commitment.
( Note: Gift subscriptions purchased for 3+ months have a different structure, but you can still manage them from your account. )
Yes! You can switch to a different pack size anytime. Just log into your account to make the change.
Seasonal and special drops happen outside of the subscription box. Keep an eye on your inbox and our Instagram for announcements about limited releases.
Shipping within Canada typically takes 1 to 10 days. Your tracking number will be sent to your email when your order is processed. FUNK Coffee is not responsible for delays, but we're here to help if issues arise.
Yes! Pick up at FUNK Coffee Bar at 1025 Dunsmuir Street on Thursday afternoons. Order by 10am Wednesday for Thursday pickup. Select "Pickup in store" at checkout!
Our roasting team selects coffees based on the freshest crops from around the world, chosen for their unique flavour profiles and quality. Every coffee is an expression of its origin, process, and the farmers who grew it.
Give your beans 3 to 7 days after the roast date to rest and degas. This allows the flavours to fully develop. (At our Coffee Bar, we rest espresso for three weeks!) Once rested, store in an airtight container away from heat, light, and moisture.
Once roasted, coffee stays fresh for several weeks, even a full month or two in an airtight container. Our 250g cans are designed to keep beans fresh with their opaque material and oxygen scavenging seal. You can even freeze beans in airtight packaging for longer storage.
Our cans are ideal for coffee. The aluminium shields contents from air and light, the oxygen scavenging seal keeps drawing oxygen out even after opening, and they're perfect for showcasing our funky artistic collaborations. Plus, they're fully recyclable.

Tasting notes are simply flavours the coffee reminds us of, not ingredients. Our coffees don't interact with other products in the roastery (except barrel-aged coffees). If you have specific concerns, reach out to coffee@funk.coffee and we'll help.
